Tiny Desk AI Pricing, Output and Render Help

Before buying a Tiny Desk AI video, check that the preset matches what you want to make. Packs are one-time purchases, each render uses one pass, and the finished download is silent. This guide brings the format, pricing and recovery details together.

What the generator delivers

The current preset produces a 14-second, vertical 9:16 MP4 using Fast 480p output. One uploaded adult photo guides the lead singer in an office concert with a keyboard, backing singers and a separate saxophonist. The supporting performers are not individually assigned from your photos.

Your purchased download is silent. The viewing preview has reference audio added separately, and you add your own soundtrack after downloading. This preset does not include a song, a voice recreation, exact lyric synchronization, a custom duration or a multi-photo band option.

One-time packs and video passes

The current packs are 1 video for $5.90 USD; 3 videos for $14.90 USD; 10 videos for $39.90 USD. There is no subscription. A pack gives you the stated number of video passes, and creating a video consumes one pass. Review the selected pack and amount in checkout before paying.

Choose a pack based on the number of renders you intend to request. A larger pack does not change the preset’s duration, resolution or audio format. Another attempt is another generated result, rather than a promise to fix a particular facial expression, hand detail or lip movement.

Keep the same browser and your receipt

Passes and saved photo drafts stay associated with this browser. Keep its site data and return to the studio from the browser you used for checkout. There is no account-transfer workflow for moving passes to another browser or device.

Save your payment receipt and download completed videos you want to keep. If you need support, the receipt and a description of the problem help identify the purchase. Do not send payment card details or other sensitive information in a support message.

While a render is processing

Allow several minutes for generation, with longer waits possible when the provider has a queue. The studio reports the current job’s status. An interrupted status check does not spend another pass, so a connection problem should not be treated as an instruction to buy again.

Return in the same browser to recover the job and check its state. Starting another render is a separate request that may use another pass. If a job remains unresolved, contact support with what the studio shows instead of repeatedly creating new jobs to test it.

Failed jobs, quality limits and refunds

A confirmed render failure restores one pass once. A job that is still processing or temporarily unreachable has not necessarily failed. Check the displayed balance and job status when you return, and contact support if they do not make sense together.

A completed AI video can contain variations in likeness, clothing, hands, teeth and mouth movement. Watch the sample before buying and review the finished clip before posting. The separate refund policy explains purchase terms; a pass-restoration rule is not a guarantee that every completed result qualifies for a cash refund.
